Toyota North America and Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia approached us to create a branded documentary highlighting four employees’ personal and professional stories from the West Virginia plant that would be premiered in front of executives from all over the international brand with a two month production schedule. We were also asked to produce still photography to be used for brand and print materials promoting the event.
We engaged with the customer on pre-production to create a central story, visual style, and in-depth interview questions based on each participant. Within the month, we embarked upon a two-day production schedule with a six-person crew to film all necessary interviews, b-roll, still photography and aerial cinematography. Once production had wrapped, we successfully completed an expedited post-production schedule to not only have the film ready a week prior to the event, but we were also able to create separate brand video content as well.
